1. We ask all of our customers to feel free to send all queries and questions about our products to E-MAIL prior to ordering.
2. Due to the custom-made and often intimate nature of our products that we supply to you the customer, we are unable to accept unwanted goods. You the customer should contact 0T Designs at E-MAIL with any queries and questions about the suitability of our products prior to ordering.
3. In the very rare event that a product received by our customer is faulty, the customer must inform us at E-Mail with 7 days of receiving the product delivery. Due to our strict product quality assurance, this should be a very seldom occurrence. We are proud to be able to response to all customer queries within 24 hours of receiving correspondence.
